You are not buying the software itself, and you may not resell or sub-licence it except under a partner or franchise agreement signed separately.
A slot is consumed when you enrol one student on one course. The same student on the same course never costs twice.
Slots do not expire. Unused slots are not refundable in cash but stay on your account and can be used at any time.
You cannot enrol past a zero balance. That is deliberate: it stops an unpaid bill building up quietly.
Your records are yours. You are the data controller for your students; we process that data on your instructions and for no other purpose.
You can ask for an export in a usable format at any time, including on the day you stop being a customer. We do not hold data hostage against an unpaid invoice.
Your account becomes read-only rather than closed. You keep access to your own records; you cannot add to them until the account is settled.
We will tell you before that happens, not after.
We do not promise the service will never be interrupted. We do promise to say what happened when it is.
We do not promise any commercial outcome. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that you will enrol students or earn a particular amount.
The legal name, registration number, registered address and GST number are not filled in because the company is not yet incorporated.
